Q: Do you still offer senior, family, or wedding photography?
A: We no longer offer those services, but we have a list of great local photographers that we will share upon request.
Q: I received my school photos and don't like the background I chose; how can I get a new one?
A: Find out when your school's retake day is and have your student bring the photos back, still in the packet, with a note written on the front indicating which background you would like to switch to. If it is past the retake day, give us a call and we will help.
Q: What is best for me or my child to wear on photo day?
A: Solid colors and simple patterns work best. Avoid shirts with large logos or busy designs, as they can distract from the face. It is also a good idea to avoid neon clothing as it can reflect unwanted colors onto the skin.
Q: What if my prints arrive damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
